Can you help us win some of the Cash on offer via Western Gazette (and South Somerset District Council)???? The Centre has now been shortlisted this year as one of twenty organisations. The amount of cash is based entirely on the number of coupons which the Western Gazette receive back by the closing date of Wednesday 20th May (12 noon). The cash prizes are £4,000, £2000, £1000 and 6 runner ups of £500 each making up the £10000 to be shared. The other 10 organisations will not share in the cash pot. Our application is stated to help towards the provision of enhanced and disabled toilets (for which plans already exist). All organisations will be featured in Western Gazette issue dated 23 April. May I suggest that I act as the point of contact. Please hand the coupons, which will be printed in Western Gazette from 23 April to 14 May, to me or put in the envelope in the Mess Room. Alternatively, send them to Western Gazette as per the instructions in the paper or in a batch to me, Paul Gould, Yeovil Railway Centre, Yeovil Junction Station, Stoford, Yeovil BA22 9UU to arrive no later than Saturday 16 May to allow enough time to get them to the Western Gazette! I have no doubt that the other organisations will also be keen to claim as much cash as possible so can you all speak to your friends, work colleagues etc etc to collect as many coupons as possible!!
